"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Its actually a pretty cool skin, I installed it already, the only thing is if I want to use the skin I have to click on the skin directly from the skins folder of windows media player because if I choose it while media player is running, it takes me to a different skin. But the skin itself is pretty cool. If you come up with more skins let me know.
Yeah like if I go through skin chooser and i choose that one then press th Ctrl+2 shortcut to go to the skin it gives me just a regular media player but smaller.
